We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains which data we process when you use this website, why we process it and which rights you have.

1. Who is responsible

We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting the website

When you visit this website, the server automatically records technical information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system details. This data is needed to deliver the website securely and to detect and prevent attacks.

Server log files are stored only for a limited period and are not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Content delivery and security (Cloudflare)

We use Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) to deliver this website quickly and to protect it from attacks. Requests to the website pass through Cloudflare's network, which processes technical data such as your IP address for this purpose.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is based on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact form and email

When you contact us through the form, we process the details you provide — name, email address, topic and message, and optionally your company and phone number — together with the language of the page. We use this data exclusively to answer your request and, if applicable, to prepare an offer.

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email. For this we use an email delivery service (Resend, Inc., USA) that processes the data on our behalf. If you write to us by email directly, we process the data you send for the same purpose.

The legal basis is the handling of your request and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Spam protection

To protect the contact form from automated abuse, we use a hidden check field and limit the number of requests per IP address for a short period. The IP address is kept only temporarily in memory for this purpose.

Where enabled, we also use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from bots. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our services from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Cookies, local storage and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not use web analytics that track you across websites.

If you choose a display mode (light or dark), your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the website remembers it. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Fonts are served from our own server. No connection to external font providers is made.

7. Your rights

Within the limits of the applicable law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you,
  • have incorrect data corrected,
  • have your data deleted or its processing restricted,
  • receive your data in a portable format,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests,
  • withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, simply write to info@syncore.biz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Kosovo the Information and Privacy Agency, or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. Security

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our website or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
